Our heartfelt thanks goes out to each and everyone who has supported our charity cause. Because of generous people like you we were able to do our part to help those in Mongolia at high risk in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Special thanks to Nara Altai & Odonchimeg Guercio and W.E.Mongolia Team in Mongolia: Perenlii Khorloo, Enkhkhorol Chimed and Otgonsuren Danjaad. We truly appreciate the kindness, time and effort that you all put into making the campaign a success!
"No Act of Kindness is Too Small" Campaign's goal was to donate face masks and hand sanitizers to the following target groups in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia:
1) THE FRONLINE WORKERS: healthcare providers, border control and law enforcement officers who are at high risk while on the line of duty.
2) THE VULNERABLE PEOPLE: children from underprivileged families, the physically challenged, low income seniors and single moms, etc.
Time was of the essence. Thanks to our diligent volunteers and the Team in Mongolia, our charity reached the target at the right time when there was a huge shortage of medical masks. We take pride in the swift production of masks that were made by local women-owned/led organizations, namely Hovor Ugalz, Women Development Center & MAMA Brand which employ and offer community outreach programs to underprivileged women.
Hand hygiene is the most important prevention measure against the COVID-19. Our Team in Mongolia partnered with MonChemo-a local pharmaceutical company, and distributed 3,100 hand sanitizers as well.
